What do you mean by "notices"?
Some of the notices that you can place in any Greek newspaper via publees include: funeral notices, wedding announcements, memorial service notices, movie announcements, financial notices, balance sheets, banking sector announcements, Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) announcements, classifieds, legal applications, banking sector applications, business licenses, articles of association for societies, change of surname, change of land use, forestry announcements, company incorporation or merger, acknowledgements, invitations, expropriation notices, and much more.
Will I have access to all the newspapers?
We expend every possible effort so that we incorporate all the newspapers. Soon you will be able to find even more local newspapers from every corner of Greece.
My credit card does not have a name on it. What do I do?
Many prepaid cards do not have names printed on them. For security purposes, the card debiting system we use asks for a name. If you credit card does not have a name printed on it, leave the payment page open and complete the transaction by phone. Call the number on the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions. Once the phone payment has been made, wait a bit until the website informs you that your transaction has been completed.
What if I cannot find a certain newspaper?
Just contact us and in a few hours we will try to include it on our website. Do not hesitate to give us a try!
Which are my payment options?
- By payment at any bank branch you hold an account with. Choose Payment Via Paybybank as your payment option and we will issue you a unique payment code. The bank teller may use this code to search the database for your paybybank money transfer order. This payment code identifies the amount you have to pay. So if your order amount is €14.99, the system will not accept a payment of €15.00. View a list of supported banks and corresponding payment options. You may also follow the same procedure via the Vivapayments/Vivawallet payment service points. Find the nearest Viva Spot, after first selecting the "Bill Payment" field. Finally, you must send us your payment slip via email or by fax. You may also take a photo of the payment slip with your smartphone and send it to us.

Will I receive a receipt/invoice?
As required by law, we will issue you a receipt or an invoice. The only thing you need to do is to simply fill out your details in the order form and indicate whether you want to receive a receipt or an invoice. The document will be sent to the email you declared when you registered.
I don't have a discount voucher. What should I do?
We offer discount vouchers to our clients through advertising campaigns. If you don't have a discount voucher, leave the voucher field empty and proceed with your order. In the event you place notices or announcements frequently, please contact us so that we may send you some publees discount vouchers.
How can I get a discount voucher?
- If you are a member of the Piraeus Bar Association, please contact us to have your voucher renewed
- If you are a professional and post notices regularly, please register with our website and request a voucher through the contact form. Don’t forget to fill out your username and email. You will then receive your personal long-term voucher in a few hours.
Will the newspaper print my notice on the date I have chosen?
- Publees has created a unique mechanism whereby, depending on the time and the date you register your order, it allows you to select the most suitable posting date.
- With the exception of wedding announcements, on 99.9% of occasions, the notices will be printed on the date you have selected. For wedding announcements, however, there is a slim chance they will be printed on the following day. This happens because the newspapers allocate space for announcements and notices depending on the advertising space they have sold. So when an emergency arises, they remove certain announcements, starting with weddings announcements, and transfer them to the following day. However, due to our excellent working relationship with the newspapers, they notify us of any changes immediately and we will do the same for you.
What do I post in the category Lawyers-Bailiffs?
- Legal applications are documents prepared for the certification of procedural acts by litigants, i.e. the parties involved in a lawsuit, or their representatives (e.g. lawyers). Applications may include lawsuits, summons, appeals, reversals, main or third-party interventions, notices, third-party joinders, etc.
- Reports in the legal sense are documents prepared for certification of actions taken by the court or other court officers, except for lawyers. These may include reports served by bailiffs, witness reports, etc. The reports are public documents.
- Court decisions are judgments issued by a court following a dispute between two parties.
- In some cases, the law requires that certain legal applications, court decisions and reports be printed in the press (newspapers).
